Babypeppy uses the information needed to operate this storefront and respond to your requests. You may browse products without signing in. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your verified Google account identifier (subject), email address and, when available, name to manage your account. If you save delivery details, send an unpaid product request or later place a paid order, we store the details you provide with your product selections and associated status or payment records. Unpaid request details are visible only to you and the store owner and are deleted when your account is anonymized.

Browsing and sessions

Session cookies support sign-in and site security. Optional browsing preferences are saved only when you permit them; you can remove them using Privacy choices → Delete my browsing preferences. These preferences expire after 30 days of activity. The browser may also store cart items locally.

Inquiries and payments

When you use our WhatsApp inquiry link, your message and any details you choose to share are handled through WhatsApp. A product inquiry does not create an order. An unpaid cart request sends delivery details and selected products to Babypeppy for staff follow-up; it does not reserve stock or take payment. Payment processing, including the separate ₹1 test checkout where available, involves Razorpay; payment credentials are handled by the payment provider rather than entered into Babypeppy pages. Necessary hosting and infrastructure providers process data to deliver and secure the site. Optional recommendations may use permitted browsing preferences and public product information; saved delivery addresses and profile cookies are not sent to the recommendation provider.

Your choices

Use your account to review saved details, unpaid requests and paid orders, and the Privacy choices controls to remove optional browsing preferences. For help accessing, correcting or deleting account information, contact us through Babypeppy on WhatsApp; we will review the request, including any paid order or invoice records that must be kept for applicable legal or accounting requirements. We do not promise a fixed retention period for those records.
